Il quintetto, costituito da una forte matrice hard rock proietta la propria musica nel futuro, cospargendo il suo granitico sound di venature progressive; la nuova identità sonora dei Fire Trails mantiene lo stampo indelebile delle proprie radici, calate ora in un panorama più epico, dalle sonorità aggressive e graffianti.

I Fire Trails, nati nel 2002, vedono oggi la propria formazione, oltre al nucleo originale composto da Pino Scotto (voce) e Steve Angarthal (chitarra), consolidarsi con Larsen Premoli alle tastiere, Frank Coppolino al basso e Mario Giannini alla batteria.
Il punto di forza dei Fire Trails sta nel saper fondere la classica scuola Hard rock anni ’70 con più moderne influenze metal, questo grazie anche alle diverse caratteristiche dei singoli componenti della band: l’ esperienza e lo stile inconfondibile e graffiante del cantante Pino Scotto, ex Vanadium ed autentica icona del rock made in Italy con ben 14 dischi alle spalle; l’inconfondibile personalità artistica di Steve Angarthal, vero talento della sei corde ispirato a nomi quali R. Blackmore e Y. Malmsteen; la potenza e l’energia di un bassista d’eccezione come Frank Coppolino (Exilia, Daydream); il coinvolgente entusiasmo del giovane tastierista ed organista Larsen Premoli, di formazione classica e jazzistica, che unisce la passione per i grandi maestri come J. Rudess e J. Lord alle notevoli capacità tecniche; ed infine, la precisione e la carica dirompente della new entry del gruppo, il batterista Mario Giannini (ex Node e Beholder).

Due le uscite discografiche all’attivo: “Vanadium tribute” del 2003 e “Third moon” del 2005. Il primo lavoro, realizzato sotto l’etichetta Underground Symphony con distribuzione Audioglobe records, comprende 12 tracce, alternando a nove storiche song della produzione Vanadium, arrangiate ed interpretate in chiave moderna ( tra cui “We want live with the rock & roll”, dove alle tastiere troviamo come “special guest” Denny Peryonel dei britannici UFO ), tre nuovi ed esaltanti episodi: “Movin’Soul” “Goin’ On” e “Wild Horse”. Da questo album viene inoltre realizzato un video sul brano “Run too fast “ che trova notevole riscontro soprattutto dall’ audience di Rock TV, canale satellitare dedicato alla musica rock dove lo stesso Pino Scotto diviene poi ospite fisso della trasmissione Database.
Il secondo episodio discografico viene registrato e mixato durante i mesi di marzo e aprile ai "Massive Arts Studios" di Milano sotto la produzione dell'etichetta Valery Records. Si tratta di un concept album composto da 11 brani che raccontano l’evoluzione dell’uomo, le sue sofferenze e le sue ricchezze. Per l’occasione, ed anche in conseguenza dell'uscita dal gruppo del precedente batterista Lio Mascheroni, vi è la presenza in studio dei due batteristi d'eccezione Mario Riso (RAF, Movida) e Tato (batterista dei "7 Vite") che contribuiscono, con i loro differenti stili, ad amplificare l’evoluzione del discorso musicale dei Fire Trails. Con l’uscita di Third moon, infatti, il gruppo suggella la nuova e forte identità stilistica già maturata sui palchi nel corso del precedente tour. I Fire Trails consolidano il loro impatto con una decisa attività concertistica partecipando anche a festival metal italiani come Agglutination e Iron Fest e suonando con artisti del calibro di Glenn Hughes, Joe L. Turner, L.A. Guns, Quireboys e Gotthard.

In considerazione del grande riscontro ottenuto da parte del pubblico e della critica musicale, i Fire Trails si confermano quindi una delle maggiori realtà metal della scena italiana.

Founded in 2002 by Pino Scotto (singer) and Steve Angarthal (guitarist) , Fire Trails complete their current line-up with Larsen Premoli on keyboards, Frank Coppolino on bass and Mario Giannini on Drums.
Fire Trails strong point is their skill in blending classical ‘70s hard rock , ‘80s metal with more up to date influences: this also thanks to the different styles of each band member.

Two are the disco graphic releases: “Vanadium tribute” in 2003 and “Third moon” in 2005.
The former, made under the Italian label Underground Symphony and Audioglobe distribution, is a 12 tracks cd, joining famous songs of Vanadium production, rearranged and played with a modern approach (the song “We wanna live with the rock & roll” featured as special guest Denny Peryonel of UFO), to three brand new songs “Movin’Soul”, “Goin’On” and “Wild Horse”.
From this album there’s also the video clip production of the opening track “run too fast”, which finds great response especially with the audience of Rock TV, satellite channel dedicated to rock music where Pino Scotto becomes the most wanted artist at Database show.
The latter release has been realized during March and April 2005 at "Massive Arts Studios" in Milan under Valery Records production. The cd is a concept album with 11 tracks telling the story about man’s evolution with his sorrows and his victories.
For the occasion, and also due to the former drummer Lio Mascheroni leaving the band, there’s the presence in the studio sessions of two great drummers Mario Riso (RAF, Movida ) and Tato ( 7 Vite ) who bring into play their different styles amplifying Fire Trails evolving musical path.
As a matter of fact, Third moon becomes the way for Fire Trails to seal their new and strong stylistic identity that developed on stage during the previous live tour.
Actually they get the chance to consolidate their impact taking part to different italian metal festivals such as Agglutination and Iron Fest sharing the stage with names like Glenn Hughes, Joe L. Turner, L.A. Guns, Quireboys and Gotthard.

In consideration of the great answer obtained both from audience and musical critics, Fire Trails are confirmed as one the most outstanding metal band in the Italian scene.
